Learning should be fun, engaging, and inclusive. As an educator and instructional designer, I thrive on converting complex information into interactive and approachable learning experiences that both close the knowledge gap and produce growth and results.
Over the past 14 years, I have designed and facilitated instructor-led and virtual instructor-led curriculum to diverse groups of learners in the corporate, nonprofit, and K-12 sectors in my roles as a corporate administrative assistant, secondary English and ESL educator, and volunteer working both domestically and internationally with at-risk youth.
Developing educational resources, gamification, graphic design, and training others are some of my work-related passions. I am a life-long learner; always seeking new ways I can grow both personally and professionally.

My Design Process
Consult
Step 1: Meet with stakeholders to assess needs and learning objectives and create a roadmap for bridging gaps in learner knowledge and skills.
Design
Step 2: Design a document and storyboard outlining the training design, and submit to stakeholders for review and revision.
Develop
Step 3: Develop the training prototype using finalized storyboard. Review and revise to publish a clean design.
Evaluate
Step 4: Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes and learner experience. Analyze data and make changes as needed.
