The Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA) is a 9-month intensive coaching program in Instructional Design. Badges are earned after completion of 30+ lessons in various areas and extensive coaching from ID professionals. Learners complete a rigorous set of activities that take modules from "good" to "great" and increase engagement among learners including: development of eLearning modules with extensive feedback and revision, evaluation of existing modules, and completion of simulated client projects. Learners are prepared in instructional design storyboarding, as well as e-learning development and tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Vyond, and Camtasia.
